Desidero fare questo lavoro da sempre, così dopo la laurea in medicina conseguita in Italia, mi sono buttata a capofitto nella formazione in psichiatria e psicoterapia, questa volta in Svizzera. Devo dire che l’entusiasmo che mi accompagna non si è mai affievolito, anzi continuo a imparare e a stupirmi ogni giorno.
Ho iniziato giovanissima a intraprendere un percorso personale di cura, che non nego di non aver ancora oggi abbandonato. Sono convinta che solo attraverso l’analisi e la ricerca su di sé sia possibile davvero aiutare l’Altro a capirsi e ad analizzarsi. Per questo motivo ho scelto un percorso di psicoterapia analitica secondo il modello junghiano, che applico costantemente nella mia pratica clinica.
Sono molto interessata anche ad altre pratiche tra cui l’EMDR, molto utile ritengo qualora ci siano dei vissuti traumatici maggiori e non, da dissipare.
Il percorso di cura è un processo misterioso a volte, in cui terapeuta e paziente si danno la mano sinistra, quella del cuore, e provano sostenendosi vicendevolmente a percorrere una strada verso la guarigione.
Questo è il mio credo su cui si basa la mia professionalità.
